My research integrated 3 areas: Computer Science, Life Sciences, and Science Education. More specifically, we explored efficient ways to integrate computational thinking into the Life Sciences curriculum and labs.

Thesis title: "Faithful Modeling of Transient Behavior in Developmental Pathways".
